Custom websites that bring estate planning firms more consultations.

I build fast, custom websites for law firms, and I keep them working long after launch. Your results are my results. Send me your site and I'll review it for free: what a visitor sees on their phone, where your contact form might be losing people, and how you show up when someone nearby searches for an estate planning attorney.

What the review looks at

Most firm websites look fine. The problems are in what happens after someone arrives, and I'll tell you straight what I find. The review checks:

  1. Your contact form. Whether it actually delivers, and whether a spam filter is turning away real people. On one practice's site, nearly 30% of the people who tried to get in touch in a single week never got through.

  2. Your site on a phone. Whether someone can call or ask for a consultation without hunting for it.

  3. Speed. How long a phone takes to show your page, measured the way Google measures it.

  4. Search. How your pages appear in Google, and whether you show up in the map listings for your city.

  5. Your Google Business Profile. Hours, reviews, and whether it sends people to the right place.

  6. You get a short written summary in plain English, most important fix first. It's yours to keep whether or not we work together.

More consultations from the same visitors

Two practices, one attorney, three months of work on what happens after someone lands on the site.

A debt defense practice

A New York and New Jersey practice defending people and small businesses sued by creditors. I built the site, and it was getting found. The trouble was what happened next.

Reading the form data, I found the spam filter was turning away real people: nearly 30% of the people who pressed submit in one week never got through. One tried six times. I rebuilt the filter so it flags spam instead of rejecting people, made the navigation point visitors to a consultation instead of away from the page they'd searched for, and put a tap to call button in front of every mobile visitor.

Traffic grew by 45%. Requests nearly quadrupled. Every September request is confirmed against the firm's own inbox, one for one.

An estate planning firm

A New York estate planning firm whose articles rank nationally, bringing in about 1,150 clicks from Google every month. I took over the site with that traffic already in place, so the job was turning readers into clients. I rebuilt the navigation and the main service pages around booking a consultation, fixed the same kind of form fault, and tagged every lead so the firm knows which button it came from.

Contact requests went from 2 in August to 13 in September, while visitors fell. Phone taps went from 3 to 8.

What you get each month

After the site is built, I keep it working and keep improving it. Each month:

  • Site care. Hosting, security, updates and backups, with the site kept fast and kept up.
  • Two articles on your practice areas, written for the people searching for them and approved by you before anything goes live.
  • Local search. Your Google Business Profile, directory listings and Search Console kept in order.
  • One improvement to how visitors reach you: a form, a button, a landing page.
  • A monthly results report. Calls, consultation requests, rankings and traffic, counted from what reached your inbox. Reply with any question and I'll answer it, or we'll get on a call if that's easier.
  • A couple of hours of small changes, included.

The site is yours. If you ever leave, you keep it.

You're not a number.

You deal with me directly, from the first call to every report. No account managers, no handoffs. My name is on your site, so I treat your growth like my own.

One firm per market.

I won't build for the firm down the road. I want you winning your market, not splitting it.

Straight answers.

I've built websites for 14 years. My reports count what reached your inbox, not what the analytics tools claim, and when a number is uncertain, I'll say so.

Down to earth.

I work from southeast Iowa with firms across the country.
